The 30-day money-back guarantee applies strictly to first-time purchases of WelGPT Premium (both Monthly and Annual plans).

You must request the refund within exactly 30 days of the original transaction date.
If you have previously purchased, canceled, and re-subscribed, you are not eligible for the 30-day refund on the subsequent purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are categorically not eligible for refunds:

Renewal Payments: Once a subscription auto-renews after the initial 30 days, the renewal charge is non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.
In-App Purchases from iOS/Android App Stores: If you purchased WelGPT Premium through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, we do not have the technical ability to process the refund directly.
